A few years ago I was approached by the founder of charity "Project Eileen" if I was interested in making an animation for a new multimedia programme which is designed to help young people tackle the topics of death and grief. I was immediately on board.
The programme is now live for Year 9 and 10 pupils, and comprises a powerful story which looks at the impact of death on a group of teenagers and their school community, presented through narration, animation and music, with a series of lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations and teacher resources. I really do think think it's an invaluable tool for schools to approach such a difficult topic.
